The Road Safety Authority (RSA) is once again reminding drivers to renew their licenses as many drivers may still be driving unknowingly with an expired or soon to be expired licence.   You can apply for a renewal if it is within 3 months of the expiry date of your current Learner Permit/Full Licence.
